> Note: the incident location address is wrong. Location is Chch Northern Corridor. Massive graffiti on recently added wooden boundary fence of a subdivision, facing SH74. Loads of it. It's not part of the Northern Corridor so has nothing to do with Transit NZ. Not a good welcome for visitors to Christchurch. Might as well remove the graffiti on top of the QEII drive over-bridge further down the road.
