> Outside the side entrance to the old south Hornby School on Seymour Street there is a constant stream of water running out of a split in the road and into the gutter, appearing to be coming from inside the road, near the gutter. There is no water running out from any nearby houses and the footpath is dry. We saw it on a walk this afternoon.
