> Rubbish & dead vegetation is accumulating once again in Lowther Street gutters north side. Including green grass triangle area. Also the parking area at the Sockburn Shop Main south road just north of Sockburn round about is a disgrace. The grime is so thick it needs waterblasting or a person with a broom & elbow grease. Rubbish on the street is always worse after CCC rubbish collection.
