> Owner of 1 Steve Askin Drive is blocking access to council reserve by his property using a wheelbarrow and timber. He has also planted enormous palm trees in the reserve along with reticulated water irrigation and power for lighting. I have also witnessed him trying to tell people not to access the reserve in front of his property. This land does not belong to him yet he is treating like it is his own private garden.
