> I'm reporting a persistent noise issue at 21A Plynlimon Rd. Daily basketball activities and loud voices begin around 9:30 AM, continuing intermittently throughout the day. This occurs regularly after school hours and more frequently during school holidays. The constant disturbance (ball bouncing, impacts, shouting) significantly disrupts our rest after busy work weeks. The ongoing noise is causing stress and fatigue among residents. We kindly ask for your help in addressing this matter.
