> DROWNING HAZARD. The moat outlets x4 all blocked with fallen petals and leaves. As at midday I’ve unblocked this twice and takes another 15 minutes each cleanout. Every year at this time ,,and autumn we have this problem which has been reported regularly,, and nothing happens.. It is only a matter of time before a toddler drowns.. Be it on your shoulders should this happen??
