# Roads - General, 312 Durham Street North, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand

Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 22 September 2024 · report 5172183
https://www.chch.live/report/5172183

> Small digital billboard inside Jolly Poacher at Durham/Victoria signal frequently has bright flashing lights. I have been distracted by them while waiting at the limit line several times. This would be counter to CCC billboard requirements as well as TCD Manual Part 3 requirements for roadside advertisements. Also dangerous at a traffic signal- visible for both Kilmore and Durham approaches.
