> Path south side ilam road between bryndwr rd and st Winifred pl and west side st Winifred pl. Path very badly cracked, uneven drops at kerbs. Especially dangerous and unsafe for those walking from St Winifred rest home to ilam rd shops. There are also uneven patches of concrete layed on east side path in st Winifred place. These should be in asphalt.
