> 3 mattresses and 3 bases have been dumped in the gated area of the red zone. A City Care ute was sighted on a number of occasions at this exact location over the weekend. Access was gained via a key to the locked gate. This is appalling behaviour from an individual that should be taking care of the area if this is his employment. Please take immediate action and ensure an investigation into this matter takes place.
