> The pavement is uneven per the attached photo. I have seen people trip over this and also fall off bikes/ scooters. Someone (possibly CCC) has spray painted the top of the rise (assuming as a caution), however nothing has been done to rectify the hazard. With many older residents in the area that walk the streets, this needs rectifying ASAP before someone does severe damage when falling over. Thanks.
