> I saw this car covered in what appeared to be detergent. I said to the person doing the work that he shouldn't be washing detergent into the city storm drains. He said he was a professional car detailer and that he does this all day every day using biodegradable products. Is this ok? I didn't find out the name of his business but he was working on a car in the driveway of 11 Denali St.
