> Re Temporary Traffic Management Footpath has been blocked by cones on northern side of Carlton Mill Rd between Hewitts Rd and signalised crossing to Hagley Park. Truck parked on footpath unloading topsoil at new build. No signage on site directing peds or warning motorists. Apparently set out according to CCC approved TMP, as sig crossing within 20m of footpath closure (not sure how peds will cross back, or cross in first place on non crossing side of works, esp. with no directional signage).
