> Several large pieces of dumped rubbish on the southern side of QE11 drive, between Philppots Road and the Hills Road underpass. Notified (or tried to!) several times. Issue may be that the address is not Winters Road as the GPS seems to indicate. Looking forward to not seeing so much rubbish on my next walk down that part of QE11
