> These road cones have found their way into Nepal Reserve. One on the levee and another near the playground opposite O’Dea Place. They have a tendency to move around. For example on top of the climbing frame. One is quite damaged. The one on the levee is placed in a hole dug out to build a bike ramp. The hole is a hazard and needs to be filled in.
