> Fire damaged “Smart Bin” located at riverbank reserve opposite 61A Cashmere Road, Cashmere. The fire damaged smart bin is located adjacent to the southern end of the pedestrian foot bridge which crosses the Heathcote River. The smart bin has been completely destroyed by fire and is no longer able to be used.
