> Kia ora, driveway is constantly been blocked by both neighbours' cars and visitors cars (numbers 12B & 14) In the last 18 months, I've needed to call emergency services for medical reasons, and they have been unable to get to me. Due to cars parked. Surely, this isn't allowed, especially if there was an emergency. There's no way a fire engine could fit.
