> Hello, we have had a toilet which is slow to drain so we called in Foleys plumbing to check it out. They have identified the line is clear but over the previous dry days, we had noticed the street manhole (pictured) was over flowing and the plumbers have suggested this drain (on the street outside 38 Country Palms Drive) is likely blocked. Please provide some assistance to fix this problem.
