> This huge puddle doesn’t have anywhere to drain to. It covers the foot path and in winter freezes over creating a substantial threat to pedestrian safety. We’ve just returned to our home after 5 years away because of earthquake damage and the puddle still exists. Can someone please install a drain or get the fall of the area correct to drain this pond.
