> Hey guys , not sure if it is illegal or not but my neighbours across the road constantly park their cars and trailers like this , i know i dont own this grass however i do mow it , weed it and water it to try maintain our section. Its getting rather old them parking like this considering i have asked them not to before . Maybe a warning letter from you guys might change this .
