> HEB road works have left and excessive and dangerous amount of large road chip on the surface which has been spread across adjacent roads. This is then being flicked up as cars pass by hitting other cars and pedestrians. They have a sweeper vehicle onsite (pictured) yet have completed a very poor clean up of this excess material
