> There’s been water running out of a pipe beside a retaining wall for weeks. It runs all the way down the road. It’s opposite empty section on 11 Selwyn Rd out of bottom corner of retaining wall. I don’t know where the water is running from: broken pipe storm water or?? It’s very muddy and probably flowing into the storm water to the sea.
