> Cars always parked too close to driveway, AND over fire hydrant, AND in front of garage entrance. Makes exiting the driveway at 41 Welles street very dangerous as there is zero visibility to the right / west of driveway . Yellow lines definitely needed here. Ticketing / enforcement is not enough as the problem is all day everyday . The photo wasn’t to shame this particular driver - just to show the problem. Yellow lines please!!!!! Thanks
