> I notice that many of the drains in broker ave have no grills on. I have reported this before.now that Brooker Ave is open to cars again and more widely used this is extremely dangerous. I presume liability will lie squarely with the council if someone breaks a leg or someone’s dog falls in it given that you have been notified twice. Thanks
