> Hundreds of litres of water are leaking every day through the wall at 16 St Davids Street. The source is not from the property itself but clearly flowing from or above 18 St Davids St. My concern is not only the water wastage but damage to the wall itself that was rebuilt by the council after the earthquakes. Water has been leaking for many months and the flow appears to be getting stronger
