> The removal of several large willows has left large stump holes, which now pose a hazard for elderly and young pedestrians. The length of the grass in the holes, which can't be mowed, gives a false indication as to the level of the ground, thus presenting the hazard. An earlier novel attempt to fill one of the holes had been left well short of the soil required to bring it to a reasonable level. Your attention to the above would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
