> The rubbish truck driver has emptied all the bins and has placed them behind their van, left my clients disability van now blocked. Which is clearly labled. They have placed bins over the driveway blocking access too. The bins were all lines along the curbside before they were emptied. Highly disappointing and very inconsiderate of this driver.
