> This is now starting to scour out silt. If you don’t come fix this soon you are going to have a major repair job of the whole footpath like we had another time. I’m doing my very best not to be grumpy but I really don’t understand why this has to take so long. If you tried a little harder to stay on top of things the jobs would be smaller and you wouldn’t actually have to work as hard.
