> Graffiti on Malcolm Avenue road bridge over Heathcote River. Graffiti is on the bridge structure and concrete abutment on the south east side of the bridge which is accessed from the section Waimea Terrace south of Malcolm Ave. The graffiti is multiple colours of spray paint and marker pen on the grey painted structure and concrete.
