> Hi Team I was just walking this path on Richmond Hill and the plank flicked up on the bridge deck. There is also no hand rail on the up slope side. on closer inspection the decking nails are rusted through and hardwood beams rotten as well. Can you please arrange a fix to make it safe. Thanks
