> I have had the water drains cleaned today. The results is that there is a brocken drain under the footpath which is slowing the water from draining away. Water is coming out from under the seal then into the gutter. While the cleaning of the drain will help stop flooding this will not help with in the long term. The need to repair the out flow would stop flooding
