> Owners at 27 Pannell Ave poured new concrete driveway and slab on Saturday 12th October. Exposed aggregate finish meant they had to waterblast off the top layer of concrete and chemical retardant that was used. This was washed out onto the road and into storm water. Sediment still evident in the gutter. Nothing was used to contain the run off nor was a sucker truck was used to collect the pollutants
