> Unlicensed Vehicles Parked on Public Road Unlicensed (and probably without COF/WOF) construction vehicles parked on road outside private building site (with ample internal parking space). Only one vehicle has rear reflectors thereby creating safety hazard. Given CCC’s vigour in ticketing unlicensed or un-WOF’d cars it would be nice for CCC to come down on this quickly and heavily. However I have little faith in CCC being fair and evenhanded - prove me wrong…
