> Water slowly pooling in gutter outside my driveway 6a Bard Street, Somerfield, comes from Council owned units corner Studholm and Bard Street & council owned 2 Bard Strert. Both units council built this year. Water had been leaking slowly into gutter and running back up street to pool outside my drive. Would like it checked out with summer coming and water lying in gutter. Thank you
