> Hello this spa pool at 66 Marine Drive, Diamond Harbour looks unsafe as it has no fencing and is not locked or secured and no one was at home at the time of my visit. Is this allowed? Also it looks extremely close to the neighbours boundary and seems much closer than what is allowed or consented. It looks like it is currently in use as I could hear a load motor running within the pool. According to several neighbours I understand that the man who lives at 66 Marine Drive uses regularly
