> A number of people in the Woolston loop around Sylvester St, Mackenzie Ave, Sullivan Ave were woken in the night around 2.30 am to 4 am due to loud concrete cutting. The noise limits in NZ 6803:1999 were exceeded due to the number of people who were woken. Please ensure all construction works do not exceed the limits in NZS 6803:1999. Where was the exact location of the works taking place?
