> Re Temporary Traffic Management 30kph TSL on Rossall St for concrete deliveries has uncovered 50kph sign within site. When asked, STMS said: - is a school zone speed sign; - had no tape to cover it with; and - isn’t gated, so doesn’t apply. Despite their charming belief in the comprehensive knowledge of TTM legal requirements by motorists in general, seems to me like just another example of poor TTM in Christchurch… TTM contractor is Men@Work.
