> Re Temporary Traffic Management Northwest bound cycle lane on Rossall St blocked by roadworks sign associated with private concrete pour. No prior warning of merging cyclists, no taper before sign and 20-30m before stop/go man. Space on footpath for sign (especially if up against rail fence rather than on kerb - still clearly visible). For cyclists coming out of Hagley Park, this sign blocking their lane is the first TTM sign/equipment they encounter at site. TTM contractor is Men@Work.
