> I believe the mains supply on the street has a leak. The supplied photos document water passing through the neighbours retaining wall closest to the street; the street where water is often seen; and water passing through the retaining wall on my property further down the section (99a). I believe the mains is the case as each time there are roadworks on our street, the water disappears. I noticed this when chorus were performing work and when the foot path work has been going on along with other various roadworks over the last year. I have also dug the land up to verify the water issue is not on the section also. It manifests as a super slow leak and there are pools of water in the neighbours property and a watery patch on my property
