> When will the council install appropriate rubbish bins around Sumner? A disgrace to our community and visitors to our village. This problem won’t go away until we have large enough vessels that can accommodate the increased numbers that come here over the summer months. Lots of this pollution ends up in the surrounding gardens and out to the beach in some cases where bins are placed close to the ocean. Very saddened by the slow uptake of our new solar or recycling streams available.
