> This blocked drain has been reported 10 of times and continues to back up and push the water back under the sump in our front garden so that water floods out down the driveway and down the road. I’m not sure what it takes to get somebody out to fix this, but I’m happy to escalate it to the council CEO if nobody else is capable of organising maintenance. ?
