> Footpath outside private building site on Ayr St has two 2 1/2 foot deep holes next to and intruding into footpath. Holes partially covered by wooden pallets with plywood lain on top (plywood added after complaint to CCC last week). Plywood edges are protruding, presenting a trip hazard, on top of the pit hazard. Excavator buckets left on footpath next to one pit force pedestrians across crumbling edge of pit protruding across footpath. Footpath still not closed off as per TMP.
