> What's the deal with this tree planting by the playground? Most of them are dead or growing weeds and the cardboard surrounds are moldy, I feel like this group of plants has been there for ages and not looked after at all, was it a school project for kids to plant trees? Anyway looks bloody awful and should be cleared while the grounds men are doing there general work
