> The bollard pictured is a hazard for cyclists as it is positioned in a place difficult to avoid (one person today hit it and fell, fortunately mostly minor injury). As the entry to the cycleway has fence protection from motor vehicle, no bollard is actually needed here. I suggest it is removed.
