> Pavement joint has moved and created trip hazard greater than 5mm up to 45mm outside 45 Scarborough Rd on Scarborough track. There are numerous other examples along the length of track. This particular one tripped an elderly woman causing significant facial injury. Another tripped a toddler causing grazing of legs and arms
