> My 93 year old mother lives at 13c Wiggins Street Sumner. Whenever itrains the gutters overflow both up the driveway and along the street. The water remains there for hours. She has no access by foot to Wiggins Street and she is reluctant to drive through such a deep pool of water - therefore she is isolated. Her elderly friends will also not venture down the driveway. This area has flooded for a long time and the family are concerned for her safety if she has to leave the house in an emergency.
