> After the recent upgrade to our driveway, there is significant flooding and water retention especially after the heavy downpour on Saturday 26th October 2024. I had emailed the Christchurch City Council on the day the driveway was completed, 14th October 2024, under ticket Ticket: 1055659, I think. I asked if that was the design, where there was no drainage from one side to the other. Unfortunately, no response. My suspicions became true. There was flooding yesterday and now water retention.
