> City care water spent all day on 24.10 to install a water meter for a new development. It is too high and a danger to all and sundry. Not only that but they apparently carry a BBQ in there van. On this occasion they used it to hold up one end of the pole. Loads of people stopped to see if it was worth taking. Finally at 7.00 on Sunday morning someone stopped and put in in his car. HEALTH and SAFETY guys? Number one priority. I pay a large amount of rates Obviously doesnt go on training.
