> Most days there cars parked across the access to the lights of Waimairi Rd and Peer Street. All three cars that are parked here today, are parked on yellow lines. It is in front of the university, Collage House. I can not access it with my mobility scooter. Could you please consider painting a crossing, to make people aware of the crossing point. I know it is university students and they have to park somewhere, but those of us that have disabilities, can not cross at these lights
