> I want to bring this tree planted on the berm on 130 Grimseys Road to the ChCh City council attention. It will eventually be a real nuisance to all the people that use this footpath daily. It needs to be removed immediately. I am rate payer and I certainly would not take it a-pond myself to plant a tree on council property I wish to remain anonymous
