> This has been a problem for some months now. When it rains, the carpark quickly floods and doesn't drain. Okay, it's I think private land, BUT the public accessway alongside also tends to get blocked, making it difficult to have access between St Asaph and Welles Sts. It would be great of the landowner could address this problem. Thanks.
